On a serious note, you have to consider the facts that girls mature earlier than boys and biologically they are really to have kids, thus the internal biological clock is ticking at 12, whereas boys are still stuck on GI Joes.
I see this as another way to delay adulthood, but through a good cause.
I dont know if it's delaying adulthood-though a girl is biologically ready to have kids at an early age, does that mean they are psychologically equipped to raise a child? Negative ghostrider.

Psychologically and economically I dont think they are ready at such an age to have kids. Completely aree.
