Basically, American Indians are getting reparations (cash money) that were instead replaced with oil, grazing, and land. 300,000 American Indians are going to receive $1.5 BILLION DOLLARS, another $1.9 BILLION DOLLARS are going to repurchase land they lost, and of couse $60 MILLION DOLLARS for scholarships for the American Indian Students. Don't even get me started on the lawyers getting $99 MILLION DOLLARS, thats more than the scholarship money set aside for the kids. Basically a couple rich American Indians became richer, couple lawyers banked, and we kept the American Indians from voodoo fucking us, thanks!
I agree with the morale base of the case and everything, but dont fucking complain that there's no money to help our public education and other sectors of our society that needs help.
