  1. Im glad this guy broke it down, never seen this show before.. everyday when i get home i like to check fox news and see how crazy and ignorant a huge chunk of america is. Its crazy. Ive been staying out of these discussions, because im neither a 911 victim or muslim, but this shit is crazy, the minute we stop a mosque from going up, we in general are going to loose. Cant believe this is even an issue.

  2. Moe, good post fam.

Rey, I'm glad real dudes think alike-Johnny (one of the real dudes on our blog) just mentioned the other day: "You gotta watch fox news sometimes, see what the enemies and imbeciles are up to and what not."

This is being blown out of proportion because the media doesn't want to focus on the real issues going on. They would much rather use two or three facts out of context because they know such a cheap tactless maneuver draws the most ratings and riles up the ignoramuses.

This legitimately has been getting as much news coverage as the flood in Pakistan. How many people died from the construction of this CULTURAL center, which is 13 floors, 1 of which is a mosque? Nobody.

How many people are displaced due to one of the worst natural disasters in the modern era? 13 MILLION. That's one million for every floor of that cultural center. Yet, this natural disaster is not getting anywhere close to the amount of coverage Haiti received, and I see it constantly being overshadowed on social networks, news media, blogs, just to name a few.

I agree that when I heard this, I knew it would be somewhat of an issue, because unfortunately there are so many imbeciles in this country that you have to tweak your words and actions a bit for them in order to keep the peace. I agree that if people have a problem with this, they have a right to protest. "I don't agree with what you are saying but I agree with your right to say it" is the loose principle I am referring to.

In a nutshell, absolutely way too much time spent on this issue, especially when there is a humanitarian disaster across the world where there are still millions of kids at risk of water borne diseases.

We real dudes speak that ether, the shit that makes ya soul burn slow.

  3. @ B. Rey...please post what you think. I'd like to hear it. Sharing ideas and thoughts is crucial in our society and culture.

@ Rash...man that disaster in Pakistan is tragic. You gotta post an article about that on FB and here. People are not educated on these subjects because of our media. If we can educate or teach or even get one person to care, that would be huge.

it's sad to think that republican conservatives reger to islam as a "cult"...wtf is wrong with people.
